Booking conditions
Offers, availability and booking prices are valid on the day of the consultation.
With online booking from the site www.Akyrasuites.it is collected & nbsp; through PAYPAL secure system an amount equal to 50% of the total stay. This sum is considered as a deposit and non-refundable in the event of cancellation of the reservation within 14 days prior to the date of arrival.
The balance will be paid in cash directly on arrival at the facility.
Full refunds may be requested only in the event of cancellation up to & nbsp; 14 days before the scheduled check-in date.
Extras that are paid for at the hotel are excluded from online payment (Tourist tax, and any extras on request).
CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT TIMES
The room is available to guests from 2 pm and must be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure.
The Akyrasuites B & B considers the reservation valid until 8 pm on the day of arrival. In case of no-show and no communication from the guest, the reservation will be considered void and & nbsp; from 8 pm the room can be assigned to any other requesting guest.
In this case the B & B Akyrasuites will retain the entire sum paid as a confirmatory deposit.
PAYMENT METHOD
The system works with the PAY PAL manager, and accepts the following credit or prepaid cards:

All extras must be paid at the end of the stay and the payment must be made in cash.
CHANGE OF RESERVATION
Changes to the reservation (dates of stay, room change etc. etc.) must be requested up to a maximum of three days from the date of check-in, subject to verification of the availability of the structure.

CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION
Below is the procedure for canceling the booking:

Cancellation by the user who made the reservation.
It is possible to cancel a reservation already paid through the electronic system of the site www.Akyrasuites.it, within a maximum of 14 days from arrival, communicating it to the email address info@Akyrasuites.it and subsequently communicating the same by telephone at: +39 335 708 6620 from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm.
The Akyrasuites B & amp; B will return by bank transfer 100% of the daily amount paid, excluding any fees and / or expenses necessary for the return of the sum. In the cancellation request, the user must communicate his bank details for the refund.
In the event of a dispute regarding the cancellation date, the e-mail sent represents the written proof, and the sending date and time will prevail. -
Cancellation by the user who made the reservation and did not appear at the B & B (NO-SHOW).
If the customer does not show up at the Akyrasuites B & amp; B on the scheduled day of arrival without having first informed the structure in the aforementioned terms, the sum paid as a deposit and / or advance for the entire stay will be retained, and the Akyrasuites B & amp; B will have room for any other guests who request it from 20.00 on the day of arrival. -
Cancellation by the hotel due to technical, operational or other problems.
In the event of cancellation due to technical, operational, or other employees due to causes attributable to the Akyrasuites B & B, the entire amount paid by the user will be refunded, or “re-protected” (moved, relocated) to another peer structure or upper level within a radius of km. 3 away from the Akyrasuites B & amp; B.
For the cancellation of the booking due to unforeseeable causes, force majeure and / or not attributable to the accommodation facility, please refer to the relevant provisions of the code, laws and regulations in force, electing the competent court of Naples.
I acknowledge that I have read these General Terms and Conditions of Sale prior to the transmission of the booking. Therefore, the booking implies full adherence on my part to the General Conditions of Sale and the acceptance without any reservation of all of their provisions.
OTHER INDICATIONS
The delay in occupying the room does not entitle the client to extend the stay beyond the established departure day. Any delays in leaving room availability may be subject to penalties to be quantified at the discretion of the Head of the facility.
It is forbidden to use stoves in the room to prepare food or drinks, irons and any other electric appliance or heat producer, with the exception of ordinary toilets.
It is forbidden to bring animals into the structure without having informed the structure itself and in any case the user will have to pay an addendum for the final cleaning.
